Absolutely! When you arrive, our on-site managers will show you your unit and make sure it's the right size and location for your needs. If you need a bigger or small unit, you can change to any other available unit at any time and pro-rate the difference.

No problem! If you already have insurance, we'll simply waive the fee when you arrive. All you have to do is bring proof of insurance with you or send it via email ahead of your arrival.

Of course! Our on-site managers are more than happy to give you a full tour of our facility and your unit so you can be sure it’s the right size and fit for your needs. If you decide you need something else, we’ll help you find it!
